When looking to uncover the truth in cases of insurance fraud, workers compensation claims, bodily injury
or employee theft, the best way is to obtain indisputable video and photographic evidence. Studies show
that video surveillance is the most effective form of proof for fighting false claims. At Windsor
Investigation Services, we utilize sophisticated techniques that combine state-of-the-art surveillance
equipment with proven methods. Furthermore, we provide a complete surveillance program supported by
secured video film, still photographs and a detailed narrative report. All of our video, including indoor film,
includes a date and time stamp and is recorded in digital format. The enclosed sample report and DVD
illustrate the advantages of choosing W.I.S.
W.I.S. was founded in March 1994. Since then, W.I.S. has become the largest private investigation
company in the area, currently employing ten full time investigators and four administrative employees.
This permits us to dispatch an investigator on an assignment within minutes, in those special circumstances
when a client needs immediate service. As the owners of W.I.S., we have made it our goal to ensure that we
are providing the best investigative service available. We believe that it is our commitment to this goal that
has resulted in our success.
How do we ensure that we are providing the best investigative service? As the owners, we oversee every
file from beginning to end. Unlike other firms who assign a file to one investigator who is responsible for
the file and expected to complete it alone, we select the most suitable investigator to handle the file each day
based on changing circumstances. We also set a surveillance schedule that is most advantageous for the file.
In addition, we have the ability to exchange investigators and surveillance vehicles during the course of
surveillance or send an additional investigator to assist when required. We, the owners, are in constant
communication with our investigators throughout the investigation.
